Cargill Acidulants, Eddyville, IA, has expanded its Regenasure™ glucosamine marketing efforts into Japan. The ingredient was recently approved as a food by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). Regenasure glucosamine is the first commercially available non-shellfish, non-animal, corn-derived glucosamine.
